I bought my Razer Kraken Kitty V2 Pro on Amazon and therefore didn’t get an Authentication code. I registered my product on the razer website but still was unable to find a code so that I could use the 7.1 surround sound app.

The Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro doesn't support Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Instead, it has THX Spatial Audio integrated into your headset. I suggest you follow the steps from this link to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones on the Razer Synapse. I hope this helps.
