Unable to Install Synapse 3.0

I recently bought the Blackshark v2 headphones, which requires the installation of the Razer Synapse software. However, when I try to install the software the installation fails, stating there was an error (error code: 2). I have tried troubleshooting, and will be forced to return these headphones if the software cannot install.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse 3.0's concern here. Have you checked your computer's antivirus or firewall if it's blocking any Razer Synapse-related files? Are you using your personal computer and connected to the home network? If it's feasible, try connecting to a different internet connection and see if the issue persists.

Hi! I was able to install Synapse after disabling the firewall, thank you! However, I now have an issue where I am unable to set THX Spatial audio as the default playback device. I'm not sure why it isn't working within Synapse as I also installed the standalone THX Spatial audio software to activate the trial, and my headphones work using that software.
