Unable to keybind Mouse buttons with lastest Synapse update. Known bug?

All of a sudden I am unable to use the "keyboard function" under mouse/customize. I've uninstalled Synapse. Ran the Razer driver cleaner and I get the same results. I've tried a second mouse and I get the same results also. I've enclose a picture of what appears when I select "keyboard function" , the menu to the right doesn't change and doesn't let me choose buttons to map. https://imgur.com/a/OteKOqD Any new issues with this? Lary RE: I can't change to previous profiles either. My keyboard profiles switch instantly and I can keybind. The mouse profiles are all messed up.

    Try to repair the Synapse application by following the steps here and clean re-install it if the repair didn't work by following this guide. If you're still experiencing the same issue, please PM me the version of the Synapse application to help me start a case and forward it to the Software Team. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
