Unable to log into 7.1 surround

I am not able to log into 7.1 surround and I get "no authentication found" error. I have registered my kraken x lite on my razer acccount and added a backup email but still no good.

    This typically happens when the app has been reinstalled. You will want to perform a clean installation by following this guide and restart your computer. That should take care of the obsolete/junk files. If the issue persists, send me your computer's Razer Synapse logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste the shareable link in your message. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
