I am not able to log into 7.1 surround and I get "no authentication found" error.
I have registered my kraken x lite on my razer acccount and added a backup email but still no good.

This typically happens when the app has been reinstalled. You will want to perform a clean installation by following this guide and restart your computer. That should take care of the obsolete/junk files. If the issue persists, send me your computer's Razer Synapse logs.
