Unable to login to surround 7.1

Same issue, can’t log in to any of the Apps. Guess there’s a issue with the server. 

Hi same for me. Says “Server access unavaiable ,please check your internet connection! 

just did a clean reinstall, i get  “ unknown error has  occuredetc….”
i guess servers might have an issue, although it’d be nice to have that information from razer …. as for now I’m still wondering if the problem still on my side

Same here! Just tried chatting with Razer Support but it won’t let me so I put on an official case on my support page… I hope they fix it!!
