Unable to make inter device funtions work between my Tartarus Pro and Naga X. Am I missing something.

Essentially, what I stated in the title. I have synapse 3 installed, both devices are recognized and tried to set sensitivity cluth on a key of my Keypad (tartarus Pro)  but it doesn’t work. Tried to set another key for another inter device function (switch profile on my Naga X) and it didn’t work either. If I set it on a key of the mouse itself it works, so it seems to be something with the inter-device function. Am I missing something? I would appreciate any help and can give more details if needed.
