Unable to make purchases through Razer.com

After trying multiple times, when using my card to checkout, I get an error message saying “We are experiencing technical difficulties in completing your payment request. Please try again later or select a different payment method”. 

Now at first, there was a hold placed on my card and I called my card company and had that straightened out. But it’s still not going through. It’s just for a Rogue 17 Backpack (Chromatic), Atlas (white), and a Laptop Cooling Pad + 20$ off Silver coupon. 

Any help is appreciated!
