Hello,

Are Razer Silver redemptions broken? I want to select an award, but all of the awards that I've selected give me an error message saying I'm unable to redeem. Since many of my points expire this month, I'd like to get ahead of this. Anybody able to help? I also posted in the Razer discord but was sent here... 😞
Update: Site is still broken with silver redemption, points expired, and support never got back to me...
Update: After 12 days, I just got a message from Razer support asking me to share a screenshot. I just responded with one. See below for message (note: names have been redacted).
