I just upgraded from Synapse 3 to 4 and when I went to play my game, the keys were no longer bound the way I had them. I did some research and was told I had to import my synapse 3 profile (why wouldn’t this be automatic????). So I got the instructions for importing and tried it and the end resut was the error message I pasted below. So my question is, How do i import my synapse 3 profile?
I did some research here and found a thread on here wherein the user was told to load the profile manually via the controller portion of the software. I tried that but when I opened up the file location, there was nothing there. Help! It took me a lot of time to get my controller setup and I’d really rather not do that again.
