Hi there,
I’ve recently purchased a Hyper polling dongle, however I’m completely unable to pair it with my Viper V3 Pro, I’ve tried using Synapse, it just states that no device was found and also the pairing utility - Which accepts that my mouse is plugged in but doesn’t accept that my dongle is plugged in (Although it’s showing on synapse and device manager)
I’m currently at a loss.
