Unable to pair my razor hammerhead ear buds

While placing the ear buds into pairing mode no sound is made from the buds. These do not show up in the available Bluetooth when searching. While using the razor app they will connect but state there is a firmware update which will state that it can't download while the battery is under 75% but the app shows 100%

I understand you are having trouble pairing your Razer Hammerhead Earbuds. Could you please let me know via PM your current Razer Synapse version? Please make sure that there are no connected devices to your phone via Bluetooth while pairing it with your Razer Hammerhead. You can also watch this video for a step-by-step guide. 


If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
