Unable to proceed with support due to missing serial number

I’m trying to contact support about an Iskur chair I ordered a year ago off Amazon, the gas cylinder is failing,  and my chair doesn’t seem to have a serial number listed anywhere so I’m unable to proceed with support through Razer. How I get in contact with support without a serial number? (Or how do I get the cylinder off the base when whacking it for 30 minutes hasn’t done anything)
