Unable to Purchase PUBG UC – Transactions Keep Getting Canceled

Hello,

 

I have $350 in my Razer Gold wallet and I am trying to purchase PUBG UC. However, every time I try to make a purchase, the transaction gets canceled. I have tried buying $300, $200, and $100 worth of UC, but all attempts have failed.

 

Please let me know why this is happening and how I can successfully complete my purchase.
