Good morning.

I am trying to change the e-mail address associated with my Razer account, as I will soon loss access to the e-mail. However, since living overseas last year, I have been unable to receive 2FA SMS messages on my phone, so I am unable to change any of the details of my account. I do not have access to the backup codes (I’m not sure I even wrote them down anywhere, which was a poor decision), and I’m not sure how to proceed.

Hey there, @MajorBinkx

I understand that you're trying to change the email address associated with your Razer account.

Please follow the steps below to change the email address associated with a Razer ID:

  1. Go to https://razerid.razer.com/. Alternatively, open Razer Central from the system tray.

    System tray pane

  2. Log in with your Razer ID credentials.

Note: If you are accessing Razer Central and have already logged in, click on your profile name or icon to view your profile.

    Razer Central pane

  3. Click on “Email” under “LOG IN”.

    Razer ID page

  4. Enter the two-step authentication code.

Note: If you have set to send the authentication to your old email which you do not already have access to, contact Razer Support.

  5. Enter your new email.

  6. Click “SAVE”.

    Razer ID email section

  7. After successfully saving your new email address, access your email.

  8. Click on the Razer ID verification link sent to your email.

    Email from the Razer Team

Note: Click on “Re-send email” if you have not received the verification email. Also, check your spam folder.

Razer Synapse 3 account tab window

  9. Re-login your Razer ID after Razer applications restart.

You should now have successfully changed the email address associated with your Razer ID.

If you have any questions, please send me a PM, and I'll be glad to assist you further. Thank you!
