Hello respected Razer team, I am new here and excited to start the journey together, but unfortunately I had a problem while activating my black shark v2 x headphones that used to show me a message saying "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" Please contact me to inform you of the required information and documents and thank you very much for your cooperation .

Please PM the device serial number and proof of pruchase showing the reseller information so I can verify if they are listed as authorized Razer store.Thanks!
