Dear Razer Support,
I am writing because I am unable to register my Razer charging puck or my Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro keyboard through the registration system.
Both items were purchased through Amazon, and I do have PDF invoices available as proof of purchase. I can provide those invoices, along with the serial number and product number, if needed.
Please let me know how I should proceed so these products can be properly registered under my account.
