Hi, bought my Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle last October but was unable to register the product on the Razer site. The serial number wasn’t recognized. I thought the reason was that the product was so new the registering form wouldn’t recognize it and thus wouldn't let me complete the registration form. Guess what, two months later I still can’t register the dongle because I get a “unrecognized serial number” message.
The product number is RC30-04410100-R3M1
As for the serial number I’m typing the exact sequence of letters and numbers stamped below the bar code on the rear of the dongle box. I’m not mistaking zeros for o’s or I’s for 1.. What gives?
