Unable to register my Razer Kraken V3 X headset

Hi Guys!

 

I recently bought my headset Razer Kraken V3 X off of AMAZON and its supposed to be compatable with THX Spatial sound already!

 

I tried to install the synapse app but its now showing up as a connected device in the app.

I’m not sure if I’ve been scammed or what but I tried to register the product by going to that page where you put in your P/N and S/N along with proof of purchase and purchase date but it keeps saying incorrect try checking “I” and “1” and I made sure im putting in the write SN and PN.

 

If someone could please assist me I’d would greatly appreciate it

    Please be informed that the Razer Kraken V3 X does come with 7.1 Surround Sound through product registration. To activate it, please follow the instructions in this link includes the full steps for activating and setting up 7.1 Surround Sound. Feel free to PM with your headset serial number so I can verify.
