Dear Support team,
I refer to the attached pic, I was able to register all my Razer products so far except my Viper Mini Mice.
As you can see from attached screenshot, the system was able to recognice my Product ID correctly in step 1. However, in step 3 when it comes to final submission. It states on bottom left corner that Product Number is incorrect.
I am pretty sure the data I have entered are all correct including the S/N.
Appreciate if anyone could advice / guide me.
