I purchased a new Blackwidow Pro keyboard from Walmart, but when I'm trying to register it I'm being told that it's been reported as stolen? It appears to be new in box. I can provide photos of the back of the keyboard, the box it arrived in, and the proof of purchase as needed . On the support form to submit a case, the upload link wasn’t working for me, URLs I tried to include were being mangled, and when I tried to Submit I was told there was an error in any case.
