unable to register new blackwidow v4

As the title states, I am unable to register my new keyboard as when I try, I am repeatedly told the serial number or product number is not recognised, I do believe I'm putting the right numbers in but no luck it seems. 

Any help would be appreciated

If you have Synapse 4 software go to BlackWidow V4 tab then you’ll have (?) - question mark icon on the right side - click on it, then you’ll have your device serial number, just click on copy button and paste it on RazerID website when registering it.
