unable to register new mouse - S/N not recognized

I bought a new deathadder elite from Amazon UK (there weren’t any non-scalped options in australia), it works but my macros that I need sometimes don’t work. When I try to register the device, the S/N is incorrect no matter how many variations of it I try. It’ll keep mentioning not to confuse the 1’s and 0’s but I’ve tried EVERYTHING. Anyway what I’m more concerned about is if this is a fake, but I don’t have any tools to verify it. I don’t know of any method to scan the barcode to check. If I can confirm it’s a fake, I can get a refund and purchase a proper product.

Post a photo of the mouse from the bottom and top view (connected to PC) and you can also make a photo of the mouse cable (whole cable with USB plug).


Should the S/N and P/N part be included? Would probably prefer a DM for those.

You can cover the 2nd half of p/n. Or you can send me via DM (but I don’t think it’s possible to send attachments).
