I just bought a Razer Essential and I cannot register the product, it displays the message UNRECOGNIZED SERIAL NUMBER, even though I have tried all variations of O/0 and I/1, can someone please help me? I can send a photo of the product info.

Might be a fake. Post a photo of your mouse (bottom of the mouse, including s/n), connected to PC.
