Unable to register product: S/N and P/No do not match

My Viper Ultimate has arrived today but I am unable to register as the numbers apparently do not match. I have checked multiple times and I have definitely entered the numbers correctly. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

Please send me the serial number of the mouse and a screenshot of the error message. I can use that to check what's causing the issue. By the way, where did you get the device from? *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
