Unable to register product: S/N and P/No do not match | Razer Insider

My Viper Ultimate has arrived today but I am unable to register as the numbers apparently do not match. I have checked multiple times and I have definitely entered the numbers correctly.



Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please send me the serial number of the mouse and a screenshot of the error message. I can use that to check what's causing the issue. By the way, where did you get the device from?
