Unable to register warranty & Synapse not detecting mouse

Hello,
I recently purchased a Razer DeathAdder V3 from Coupang (Korean retailer) and I'm having two issues:

Warranty registration — When I try to register my product, the serial number is rejected. The serial number on my mouse is 15 characters long.
Synapse 3 & 4 not detecting the mouse — The mouse works (tracking, clicking, RGB lighting), but Synapse doesn't recognize it. It shows as "HID-compliant mouse" in Windows Device Manager instead of "Razer DeathAdder V3."
