Unable to remove 5-star wheel base

Hello Razer Support,

I have a Razer Enki X chair, and one of the legs of the 5-star wheel base has broken. I purchased a replacement wheel base, so I am trying to remove the original 5-star base from the gas cylinder in order to replace it.

However, I have been completely unable to separate the base from the gas cylinder. The gas cylinder itself can come out of the chair normally, but it is extremely firmly stuck inside the 5-star wheel base.

I have already tried using penetrating WD-40, letting it sit for around 15 minutes, repeatedly applying force and hitting the cylinder/base as recommended, and trying to separate them from different positions. I have attempted this many times without getting even the slightest movement.

At this point, I am concerned about damaging the cylinder or the base if I continue using more force.

If it is possible to purchase or receive a replacement 5-star wheel base directly from Razer for the Enki X, that would actually be my preferred solution, as it would save me from having to remove this extremely stuck base.

Could you please let me know if a replacement 5-star wheel base is available for my chair, and if so, how I can obtain one?

I can provide the chair’s serial number, proof of purchase, photos, or any other information you need.

Thank you for your help.

Hey there, @awesomebuzzQueenPink727

I understand that you want to purchase a replacement part for your Razer Iskur. You can submit a ticket through this link for further assistance.

Once there, navigate to "Lifestyle products" > "chairs" > enter your serial number, and then submit your request. Our Support Team will then be able to assist you with your chair spare part request.

Alternatively, you can send me a PM together with your chair's serial number, and I can help you initiate a support ticket and forward it to the relevant team. Thank you!
