I am trying to submit a ticket to understand why I keep getting an 'Item serial number unknown' error when I try to register my Blackwidow Elite.



  • Type problem; he pull down for reason is blank.

  • Upload .jpg of ident panel on keyboard.

  • Click I an not a robot Captcha box.

  • Click SUBMIT botton.

  • Get Network Error error.



Any help would be appreciated.
Please send me the serial number that you are trying to register and a photo of where you got it from. I'll take it from there.
