I am unable to submit a support case.
- I am logged in.
- I enter all the fields
- perform the captcha
- hit the submit button.
- The submit button remains highlighted but does not submit the case.
I tried to user Razer Assist to work around this but when I click ‘Submit support case’ it responded saying there was an issue processing my information.
Any help would be great as I have a Razer Blade 15 that currently will not power up
