I’ve tried connecting the case’ 9 pin usb connector into the motherboard and power on the motherboard with the PSU but the front logo/underlights will not turn on… what connector am I missing, or is it likely faulty?
FYI usb header on motherboard has been tested with other Razer products like the kunai and it works fine…
