Unable to unlock surround pro

Hello ! Sorry to interrupt, but something happened to me. Its rather simple. After downloading the synapse (with cloud) i wanted to redeem my code that i got on my E-mail from you. After i insert the key, it says that the code is invalid. Dont know what should i do, i even paid more money through G2A to get another code and still, it didnt work. Any help would be really appreciated, Ján Macej
