Unable to update firmware Blade 14 2022

I’m trying to update my Blade 14 to the latest firmware so I can get battery health optimizer.

I’m following on this guide: Razer Blade 14" (2022) Firmware Updater | RZ09-0427x

 

However, when I run the firmware updated, it says:

“This firmware toold is for use only with Razer Blade 14 and compatible system. The application will now close.”

 

It IS a Razer Blade 14!! Help! I have attached photos.

 

With regards to the guide, I have ensured that Windows Hello and Device encryption are disabled, AMD I2C controller and NVIDIA graphics are also disabled.
