Unable to update Razer Synapse 2

Recently after reinstalling windows i downloaded Razer Synapse 2. After i installed it a notification of available update pops up. After i pressed to install it, i got a new window unable to update. We are unable to update your software. Please check if your internet is connected, then click TRY AGAIN. It stays at 0% and this message pops up every time i try to update it. I have tried to uninstall and install it again, to disable antivirus and firewall, allowing Razer Synapse to the firewall. Nothing fixed it.

    Run the app with administrator priviledges and make sure you have these prerequisites installed: - Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) - 11.0.61030 - Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) - 11.0.61030 - Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64) - 12.0.30501 - Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) - 12.0.30501 - Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x64) - 14.13.26020 - Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x86) - 14.13.26020 Feel free to PM me with the Synapse logs if the problem persists.

    Hi, I have the same problem with Synapse 2 - "unable to update". I reinstalled Synapse after it failed to update and recognize my new mouse "Razer Deathadder Elite". Now Synapse 2 cannot even start. After installation it goes to - unable to update. I am on windows 1803 and had Synapse since 2014, with a "Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013" never had a problem. I have all the MS Visual C++ perquisites and tried installing without a firewall (Eset 12.2.30.0) even stopped the router's firewall (TP-Link TL-WR740N). Never had such an issue in my life and I lost four hours of my life for a dpi setting. Still the mouse is very comfortable.. So any help will be appreciated.

    Please send me your Synapse logs along with the System and Application event logs via PM. I'll need those to make sense out of the issue you're experiencing.
