Unable to Update to May Windows 10 1903 | Razer Insider

Hi Guys,



When I try to apply the May 1903 Update the Razer 15 reboots, and climbs up to just under 50% and then BSD with a Stop Code: WDF VIOLATION.



It's an 2019 i8 RTX 2080 Model



Any ideas of what's going wrong here?
That stop code means there's a faulty driver preventing the update. Can you send me your Application and System Event logs from Windows Event Viewer? That would help me isolate what's causing the BSOD.

I appreciate this. Can you send me a PM instead? I'd like to discuss what I found when I went through the logs you sent. In your message, please include the serial number of your Blade. Also, are you on WIFI when downloading the update? I saw a lot of WLAN driver errors and a missing Microsoft-Windows-WindowsUpdateClient.
