After installing the latest Razer Synapse 4 and Chroma App, I’m unable to use both the FN Key and top row number keys. I tried factory resetting under Razer Ornata Chroma, uninstalling Razer keyboard under Device Manager, however still no luck.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Synapse 4 by following the steps from this link and see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue you're currently experiencing.
