Unable to use my promo code for subscribing

Hi,

I am trying to purchase the Razer Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed but when entering the £10 off promo code from my email, I am met with 'sorry, this promo could not be applied' error message.

I would PM one of the support team with more information that they have requested from previous people with similar issues but I can not find a way to do this on their profiles. I am using mobile.
