Unable to Verify Serial Number - Razer BlackShark V2 Pro for PS5 (2023)

Hello Razer Support,

I would like to verify the authenticity of my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset for PS5 (2023 edition).

I entered the serial number on the official Razer website, but no information was found. However, the headset works with the Razer Audio mobile app.

Could you please verify whether this serial number is valid and confirm if my headset is an authentic Razer product?
