Unauthorized Access Blocked? Razer Cortex-

Hi there, RazerCortex.exe was blocked from unauthorized access this morning, my norton detected, why is it trying to access my processes unauthorized, it's the first time I saw this, is it the governtment trying to hack me or something their side? I'd really like to know!
