I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction involving my RM30 Malaysia Razer card. It appears that the card was mistakenly used by another customer. I did not authorize this transaction, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.

 

The details of the card are as follows:

 

Card Type: RM30 Malaysia Razer Card

 

Transaction Date: [16/03/2025]

 

Card Number: [6664]

 

 

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and advise me on the steps required to either recover the funds or obtain a replacement card. I am willing to provide any further information necessary to assist with the investigation.
