UNBALANCED AUDIO WITH BLACKSHARK V2x

I have had this headset for almost a month but now suddenly the right side sounds quieter than the other one and it is really annoying. I have tried to balance the audio, restarting the pc, turning 7.1 surround sound off and plugging the headset in and out again. It is certainly not my ears because I have tried my headset on backwards and then it is still the right driver that produces less sound. Please help me or I will strangle you to death or something. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6TWJaFD6R2s is where I hear the biggest difference.
