I ordered a mousepad and a mouse on May 6th, and they were shipped to my home on the 8th at 11:00 AM. However, I was unable to be present at that time to receive my package—apparently, I needed to be there in person to sign for it? I was not aware of this requirement. The tracking information states that the package was "refused" by the recipient, and it is currently being returned to the sender. Would it be possible to request a reshipment?
