Uneven keycap lighting on my razer 14

Hi guys, Just got my razer 14 last week, and soon enough I started using it, I found that there are several keycaps that show uneven lighting. Not sure if this is normal or if this is a defect that I can request keycap replacements from their repair team? Thanks for any response or sharing in advance!

    As far as I know, that is not normal, and we do not send out keycaps for laptops. Since you just bought it last week, try contacting your reseller or PM me a copy of its proof of purchase. I can use it to verify its warranty status and advise you accordingly. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
