Uneven sound when adjusting volume

Hello everybody ! Just a simple question here ! So, I bought a pair of Kraken (7.1) headset two years ago to play on the PS4 (or just to listen to music) and I've noticed a weird behavior. When I try to adjust the volume using the controller on the wire, it causes the sound to be uneven in my left and right ear. I've finally found the sweet spot and the sound seems even, but as soon as I change the volume on the remote, it creates a slight difference between the left and the right. I was just wondering if it was normal behavior ? Because other than that, everything is fine ! Thanks ! frkrbrgr
