Someone help please. I cant​​​​​​ receive OTP due to this error. Tried 3 different device and checked my internet connection but still the same.

Have you tried the following steps below?

1. Please check if there is a good internet network connection to your mobile. If possible, refresh or reset your network.
2. Restart your machine or device.
3. Sign out and Sign in to your Razer Gold Account
4. Clear browsing history, including cache files and cookies
5. Try using a private browser in the Private or Incognito model
