Hi i’m trying to purchase using razer gold but when i proceed to check out it doesnt send a code, instead it always appear “unexpected error please reload the page and try again” pls help.

That's a bummer! I suggest submitting a Ticket or chatting with customer service for some real-time assistance. Make sure to provide the information to the team to reset your account OTP.

You can also follow the steps below and try again after 15 minutes:

5. Try purchasing using a private browser in the Private or Incognito mode
