I just got my Razor black shark v2x headset and am trying to register it but the Unfortunately, this product is not eligible for registration message keeps showing up even though i just got it in the mail so i can not get the activation code for 7.1 surround sound

What is your device serial number and where did you purchase it? Where you able to contact the seller to request for a replacement? One probable cause for this issue to happen is that your headset may be used or counterfeit. Kindly check the list of authorized Razer resellers to make sure your Razer product is genuine. Should you need further assistance, you can PM device serial number and proof of purchase for validation. Take care for now!
