I bought these headphones in a store and created a razer ID, but they didn’t put an activation code for 7.1 surround sound in the box. I tried to register the device in razer ID, I entered the product number, serial number, date of purchase (March 9) and when I pressed the button, it further wrote that the unidentified serial number, although I entered it exactly the same as on the left earphone, I even tried to change the zero to “O” , but no effect
