I bought Razer Kraken Pro v2 today and I tried registering it to the site but I can't cause it gives me an error "Serial Number unknown".

Same Problem. I got the Deathaddler, and it won't take the serial number.

Can you guys PM me the serial number of your devices so I can check it from our System. I'd also appreciate it if you'd include a photo of them. That would also help a lot. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
