Unplugging Viper V3 Pro causes mouse to stop working. Only solution is clearing CMOS | Razer Insider

Bought A Razer Viper V3 Pro October 12.

Whenever I unplug it from the cord or the dongle, the mouse stops working.

The lights still work and my PC still recognizes it as being plugged in but moving the mouse does nothing.

Plugging the dongle in causes the mouse to connect to the dongle, but again moving the mouse does nothing.

The first time this happened, my keyboard also stopped working, but it has happened a few times since then (whenever I need to unplug the dongle to charge the mouse) without affecting the keyboard.

Tried plugging in a different mouse and keyboard and they still didn’t work.

The only way I have found to fix it so far is by taking my PC apart and clearing CMOS, which completely fixes it.

I am running the latest version of windows 10 and I installed the latest firmware for the mouse last week hoping it would fix the issue to no avail.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Please let me know any other details that would be helpful for troubleshooting this issue.
